These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Walking Country mobile application ("App") operated by PE Galyna Bayik ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. App Services

Walking Country provides the following services:

• Activity tracking synced from Apple Health (steps, distance, calories, workouts)
• Country and global leaderboards ranked by daily steps and bonus points
• Achievement and milestone tracking
• Workout posts shared with the community
• User profiles with avatars and follow functionality
• Boost points earned by watching optional advertisements

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

4. Apple Health Data

The App accesses health and fitness data from Apple HealthKit with your explicit permission. This data is used solely to provide App functionality (activity display, leaderboard rankings). We do not sell health data or share it with advertisers. You can revoke Apple Health access at any time through your device settings.

5. User Content

You may post workout data, photos, and other content ("User Content") through the App. By posting User Content, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your User Content within the App
• Represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Manipulate step data, leaderboard rankings, or achievements through fraudulent means
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

7. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements. Watching ads to earn boost points is optional. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Your interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App — including but not limited to design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by PE Galyna Bayik. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Activity data shown in the App depends on Apple Health accuracy and device sensors — we are not responsible for data inaccuracies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PE Galyna Bayik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, if any.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of PE Galyna Bayik's registered place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
